The main reason for this error to occur is a poor or no internet connection. You can solve it by reconnecting your smartphone to a stable Wi-Fi or restart your cellular data connection. You can try opening Google to check if the problem lies in your internet connection. If google won’t open as well, the problem is with your data. So to solve Instagram not refreshing, reconnect your smartphone to a stable internet connection and try loading Instagram again. |
