Canada is a developed country that offers opportunities for foreign businessmen to conduct certain activities as business visitors. Business Visa is a type of temporary visa that allows business visitors to enter Canada for business purposes, such as attending meetings, conferences, and seminars, training employees of a Canadian branch, taking orders for goods or services, buying Canadian goods or services, being trained by a Canadian company, and more.
The Eligibility Criteria For The Canadian Business Visa
To qualify for a Business Visa, there are certain conditions and requirements that the potential applicant must fulfill.
You must have your own business in your home country other than Canada.
You must have an income from a place of work that is located in your home country other than Canada.
You must have proof that you are developing a business relationship with a Canadian company or you must have an invitation letter from the company/Exhibition/Conference confirmation.
You meet Canada’s basic entry requirements, such as a valid travel document and have enough money for your stay and to return home, and confirmed flight tickets.
You must plan to leave Canada at the end of your visit
You are not a criminal, security or health risk to Canadians. You need a police certificate that states you do not have a criminal background.
You don’t plan to enter the Canadian labour market. |
