info: Hi, my name is Chris. Welcome to Apple!

lmame: Hi Chris Smile
Chris: Hello Laurent
Chris: Yes the push feature is not at the point we would like, the fetch feature works perfectly. How ever I do have some troubleshooting steps that may help fix your push feature. Let me pull those up really quickly
lmame: sure Smile
lmame: usually the push works awesome, like 2 to 20 seconds so it's perfect
lmame: though at some hours it's 2 minutes to never and as in Iphone we can't do push and fetch "x" minutes it can be a problem
Chris: that si really good to hear, that tells me we are finally getting it to where it is suppose to be
Chris: Here are the steps for getting your push back to normal:
Chris: 1.) Push the Home button on the iPhone.
Chris: 2.) From the Home menu tap the Settings icon and then select Fetch data.
Chris: 3.) Toggle Push to off and Power cycle the phone(power off iPhone for 30seconds to a minute. Then turn the phone back on.)
Chris: 4.) When at the Home menu tap Settings, then select Mail, Contacts, and Calendars. From here select the Mobile Me account. At the very bottom go ahead and delete the Account.
Chris: 5.) Add the account back to the iPhone. Make sure to use "@me.com" and then from the Home screen select Settings and then Fetch data. Turn the option for Push back on and power cycle the phone once again.
Chris: 6.) When the iPhone starts back up, have the customer send test email to themselves. It can take a few minutes to arrive. Once it does, go ahead and send another test email and it should almost be instantaneous.
lmame: I see
Chris: Once you have verified this, go ahead and delete the email messages you sent from the iPhone. If you are logged into me.com, please sign out while you delete the email messages on the iPhone. You should then log back in to see if the email messages are still there.
Chris: these steps should help get your push feature back to normal
lmame: ok cool Smile I'll do just that then
Chris: however I do realize that sometimes it does not work or it is slow. Be assured that we are aware of this and are working hard to get it running perfect
lmame: I appreciate the transparency on the problems and I understand them don't worry
lmame: ^_^
Chris: I have also learned from other customers that sometimes turning the phone off and back on will help the push feature return back to normal
lmame: yep that's what I did 10 minutes ago and it seemed it went ok back again
Chris: Thank you for your understanding and patience. Is there anything else I can do for you?
lmame: after I received a phone call to tell me I received a mail
Chris: good to hear
lmame: no it's perfect Wink
lmame: thanks a lot for your help Chris
Chris: not a problem, take care Laurent
lmame: same to you Wink
